Designed speed regulation can reduce the high speed moving death on Indian roads.
When moving on a road our individual attempts to keep ourselves protected are only 50%, because the remaining 50% is in the hands of all others who seem to whistle past us or come and collide with us amongst all possibilities. Indian roads oflate have been flooded by speeding death moving fashionably in the attire of good looking cars. When people do not control themselves then it is time to formulate and implement strict regulations which should be designed in such a manner that they are interlocked with each other and hence would not be easy to be done away with. I propose that all new vehicles (especially cars) need to be designed to prevent them from being driven at speed more than 70 kmph on Indian roads & if consistently driven at more than 70 kmph for 10 minutes should result in jamming the engine to bring it to a gradual halt within the next 100 metres. This is certainly NOT rocket science for Automobile Engineers. Yes, it might sound absurd when the car is cutting the air on a six lane highway but then why not help in saving the precious fuel along with the lives. Believe me if we do all things in time then we have sufficient time to avoid worrying about saving time at least on roads.

yours is an invaluable effort at driving home an important point.it is relevant more to the state of AP wherein do we find more number of road deaths.the outer ring road of hyderabad has become synonymous with accidents.it is already late, for so many precious lives have been lost.why can't we do something instantly to make our roads safe?
